MILAN'S BIGGEST SECRET... head to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and look for the bull in the tile work, close to Savini restaurant. Legend has it that if you put your heel on the bull's genitals and turn three times clockwise, it will bring you luck. FAVOURITE MARKET... the Senigallia close to the Naviglio River on Saturday. EVERY PERSON IN MILAN... has to have the latest sunglasses and a black understated bag. SECRET SHOPPING FINDS... Wok viale Col di Lana 5/A. CHARMING TOWN NEARBY... Pavia, half an hour's drive away. Was once the city of a hundred towers but now has only two left.

A fashion photographer originally from Iceland. She moved to London to study photography and chose the city "because it's the fashion capital of creativity". Even as a student she had already shot for i-D, Dazed & Confused and Nylon, and she has worked with Daphne Guinness and Topshop.

Charing Cross Road has Claire du Rouen Books (great for photography books) and Foyles - I love to buy a book there and read it in Ray's Jazz cafe. VINTAGE CLOTHING STORE... Rellik. WHERE TO PEOPLE WATCH... Trafalgar Square. SECRET THAT ONLY LOCALS KNOW... there are so many amazing gardens and parks. I love Holland Park and Hampstead Heath. LONDON IS SPECIAL... because of the people here. TO GET INSPIRATION... the British Library. FAVOURITE RESTAURANT... Broadway Market on Saturdays for the amazing food stalls. FAVOURITE BRITISH DESIGNERS... Alexander McQueen, Meadham Kirchhoff, Sorcha O'Raghallaigh and Louise Gray. LONDON'S MUSE... Alexa Chung. TO HAVE TIME ALONE... Wilton Way Cafe. I read a book there or draw storyboards for upcoming shoots. MOST RECENT PURCHASE... a lamp from The Other Side of the Pillow in East London. THE NEW HIPSTER HANGOUT... South. A lot of artistic people are moving there as it's cheaper. The trendy East London is getting very expensive. THE MOMENT I KNEW I WAS A TRUE LONDONER WAS... when I came back to London after a few weeks in Iceland and was sitting on the Gatwick Express. I felt that I was coming back home. MOST PRACTICAL SHOE... I am the most impractical person when it comes to shoes. I am always wearing chunky heels. EAT OR PRÊT?... Prêt. They have my favourite Love bars. MOST RECENT EXHIBITION... WHY NEW YORK IS SO SPECIAL... it is my creative hub. A PERFECT DAY... a beautiful morning on my roof, wandering the streets with my dog and running into friends or browsing through shops, a great dinner at my place with friends. FAVOURITE RESTAURANT...
