How would you picture your street of dreams if you were tasked with creating the perfect neighbourhood? A mixture of white picket fences, cherry blossom trees and impeccably mowed lawns fit for crown bowls, perhaps.

In Dubai, one developer has brought such a concept to reality and made the Street of Dreams. It is located in the Dubai Hills estate in the Hills Grove community which is informally known as the Street of Dreams.
The villas usually come unfurnished so the new owners can turn them into their own dream residence, but one of them has come on the market with the canvas already turned into a luxury living concept.
As one would expect from a property on such a "dreamy" street, it comes with a price tag that many would consider other-worldly - Dh85 million.

You get a lot of land for your money however - 33,000 sq ft to be precise with the built-up area stretching to a massive 21,581 sq ft, according to LuxuryProperty.com, which is marketing the property.
The interior features soft pastel colours with the occasional splash of black or deep blue, while the furniture gives off a sense of elegance. The 16-seater dining table is something to behold, and one of the family rooms comes with a white piano.
