A massive swimming pool with floating waterbeds is surrounded by lush foliage. Elsewhere, the Dubai Downtown sky line lights up with fireworks, even as the vibrant Glasshouse Bar on one end and the sophisticated Negroni Bar on the other come to life. The first renderings of the upcoming Soho Garden promise a one-of-a-kind pool-club that’ll take you from day to night, and casual to chic in the blink of an eye.
The 14,000-square-metre project is set to open on the grounds of Meydan Dubai, and will house multiple nightclubs, bars, pools and restaurants, plus a 10,000-capacity concert stage.
Which brings us back to New Year’s Eve: although Soho Gardens will properly open early next year, the venue will host what it claims will be “the hottest NYE celebrations, with a soon-to-be-announced exclusive headliner” on December 31, where you can dance and swim the night away.
