Give your walls a boost with these unique works of art

1. Spoilt for choice

Muse Artz launched earlier this year with a store in Dubai's Times Square. The company is on a mission to make art more accessible, offering original paintings, prints and photos that are interesting and unusual but also reasonably priced. Muse's extensive collection, which includes everything from vintage-style posters and original art by regional artists to reproductions of world-famous works, is now available to purchase online at www.museartz.com, with free delivery in the UAE for orders over Dh500.

Ÿ A Letter with Love, Dh830 (for the 100cm x 70cm version), www.museartz.com.

2. Bright move

India Circus by Krsna Mehta's Jalebi collection features much-loved emblems of the Indian cityscape, from bicycles and rickshaws to street vendors and grandiose monuments. Loud, colourful and full of fun, the collection is currently available from The Urban Yogi in Mercato Mall. We've got our eye on this cheery motorcycle print.

3. Colourful twist

A former photojournalist, Mark Mawson has spent the past five years shooting his award-winning Aqueous series. Described as "a journey into an as yet undiscovered alien or underwater world", the images are created using a combination of coloured liquids, which form beautiful compositions as they blend and swirl.

4. Fashion forward

This piece of Plexiglass art by the Kuwaiti brand Thouq combines one of fashion's most recognisable logos with Arabic script. We love the interplay of a psychedelic colour scheme on a transparent background.

5. Magical charm

The Printorium is the brainchild of Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima, the graphic design duo behind the Harry Potter films. They were responsible for developing the films' distinct visual style and are now offering a series of collectable fine art prints inspired by the young wizard and his crew. The limited edition pieces are printed in the UK using pigment inks on pure cotton, acid free paper to ensure a durability of 200 years. Each is numbered and embossed.
