Metallics are big in fashion right now and we love the look. However, whether it's in your home or in your wardrobe, this is a trend that has to be adopted in moderation. This cushion from Zara Home is particularly bold but will look great set against a dark-coloured sofa.

Handmade vases by the Dutch brand Pols Potten are now available from the Sofa Studio in Dubai. Standing 70cm high and measuring 50cm in width, the Coral vase makes for a stunning statement piece. You'd better hurry, though - the showroom is only stocking a limited number of each piece.

4 Smouldering love

5 Crystal light

If you want to add some sparkle to your space, you'll need some Swarovski Elements.
