Features The two 64-storey towers, the capital's latest luxury development, are home to apartments, office space, retail facilities and the five-star St Regis Hotel.

Pros The development enjoys a prime waterfront location on the Corniche. Apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows and high-quality finishings. Tenants will eventually have access to a rooftop pool, lounge bars, restaurants, gyms, a spa and retail facilities in the Nation Galleria, as well as the private Nation Riveria beach club on the Corniche, which can be accessed via a private air-conditioned tunnel.

Cons The development is brand new so there will inevitably be teething problems. Also, it will be a while before all the promised amenities are fully operational.

They say Significant new developments such as Nation Towers have raised the quality of living and working standards in the capital.

We say We don't love the look of these buildings but the location and views are great - and the amenities will be impressive, once fully operational. Worth a look.
