Hot list: A French twist on luxury carpets
1 French inspiration
The latest launch from luxury carpet brand Hossein Rezvani was inspired by the French Aubusson. Rezvani has long been interested in the flat-woven wool Aubusson carpets, which were a favourite of the elite in 17th- and 18th-century France. Just as he did with his Persia Reinvented collection, Rezvani has given the traditional style a modern makeover. The end result is Frenchie Twist, which is made in Isfahan and has 400,000 knots per square metre.

The Garlic Twist comes in clear, green and purple versions and with a simple, cross-cutting, blade-free design. It is also easy and safe to use and clean.

4 Arabian style
Legle porcelain products are now available from Dubai's Faubourg Design. The Legle line is created by the Limoges family, who have been mastering the art of porcelain production for more than a century and have developed new and original methods of applying coloured enamel to porcelain products. We love the soft pastel tones of this Café Arabe coffee set.
