Residents will have full use of the amenities at the Bonnington Hotel, which include a swimming pool and gym. Traffic in JLT has improved significantly with the recent upgrade of the road system.

Cons The apartment is described as "compact" – agent-speak for "on the small side" – and you don't get an allocated parking space.

They say Five-star living with everything that you need.

We say Ridiculous as it may sound, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find a one-bedroom apartment for this price in Dubai. The apartment is not huge, but you do get the benefits of hotel facilities.
