Club Vista Mare hosts great moves with Core Beats

Get into the groove this Saturday at Core Beats, the free beach yoga and fitness concert hosted by Club Vista Mare. Enjoy Yoga Beats, a hip-hop-inspired flow yoga session at 6pm, followed by Fitness Beats, a body-weight, high-intensity workout, at 7.30pm. DJ Robbie will be spinning the tunes, and top yogis and fitness instructors from various Dubai studios will be calling the shots. The beachfront venue offers beautiful views of Palm Jumeirah. Jump to it – ladies’ nights are go at Bounce Abu Dhabi

Ladies’ nights in the capital are about to get even more lively as Bounce Abu Dhabi hosts its first women-only session within the entertainment park. Every Wednesday, mums, daughters, sisters and girlfriends can enjoy a high-octane night of trampolining, shooting hoops, flipping into an airbag, playing dodgeball or freestyling in the new X-Park Ninja Warrior course. The whole venue is covered by more than 200 metres of blackout curtains to ensure privacy, and no boys or men are allowed.
