Throughout its 183-year history, it has been quietly conjuring items of sublime elegance, catering to the rich and the discerning.
Now the storied house just brought its fabled quality one click closer, with the launch of dedicated e-commerce portals for both the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
For Saudi Arabia, the arrival of the new site marks the first retail outlet within the kingdom, while in the UAE, the new platform consolidates the three existing physical stores.
As expected, the new sites carry the same ambiance as Hermes stores, from the restrained colours to the fabled window displays.
In addition to being able to buy online, a first for Hermes in this region, customers can now also access a wealth of other information about the house, from the latest round of fashion shows, to shorts films showing the fabled savoir faire and articles, helping to explain the unique Hermes universe.
