Georgina Rodriguez is used to the lavish lifestyle that comes with being engaged to the world's most famous footballer.
But it hasn't been all luxury boat trips and glamour during her visit to the UAE with Cristiano Ronaldo.
The 24-year-old Spaniard has been keeping her 8.6 million Instagram followers up to date with her movements around the Emirates.
They have been here as Ronaldo was nominated for Player of the Year at the Globe Soccer Awards at Madinat Jumeirah on Thursday night - an accolade he went on to win.
Among her day trips has been time spent in the desert learning about the local culture.
As well as taking a camel ride, she was also introduced to a falcon - the country's national symbol.
Of course, there has been some time spent working on the sun tan, with Rodriguez and Ronaldo pictured on a boat off the Dubai coast.
Early this morning she posted a message of appreciation. "Thank you all for your treatment and hospitality in Dubai during our wonderful stay here," she wrote on Instagram alongside a picture from the awards night at which she wore a Middle Eastern-themed outfit with her head covered.
The famous couple saw in the New Year in spectacular style, surrounded by Dubai's firework extravaganza in what she described as "a magical night".
Ronaldo, 33, whose Juventus side are currently on their winter break, has also been documenting his visit via his social media.
He went on a helicopter ride above Dubai, met the Dubai's Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan and also worked on his fitness with a late night run through the desert.
