Americans will celebrate Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26, and while this year might look a little different due of the pandemic, there will still be feasts to attend on the day, as well as plenty of takeaway options. But you do have to hurry because it’s strongly advised to book at least 48 to 72 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
Here are some of the best places to celebrate Thanksgiving in the UAE.
Abu Dhabi
Urban Kitchen, Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi
Indulge in a grand carved turkey complimented with a special spiced cranberry sauce and sage bread stuffing. Expect dishes like chicken liver parfait and onion relish, Manchego croquette with black truffle cream, broccolini and pom fondant, and roasted butternut squash soup. The Blacksmith Bar and Eatery will host a special Thanksgiving-themed brunch on Thursday, November 26 with prices starting at Dh199. However, for those unable to make the brunch, there will also be a Thanksgiving roast added to the a la carte menu. It includes smoked and stuffed Turkey breast with Confit leg croquette, cranberry compote, Brussels sprouts, and candied yams. The roast is Dh120 for one or Dh200 for two to share.
