A food extravaganza dubbed Gourmet 10/10 will return for another year to Armani hotel in Dubai’s Burj Khalifa from October 1 – 10. The ten-day culinary celebration will be staged at key restaurant’s including Armani/Ristorante, Amal, Hashi and Deli.
Diners can choose from a selection of signature four-course set menus and exclusive dishes from Dh350 per person.
Additional highlights for next month include a Sardinia-inspired cooking masterclass on October 8 from 11am to 3pm. Priced from Dh600 per person or Dh1,000 per couple, the event marks the second part of a four-stage series with Chef Alessandro Salvatico.
Sardinia, the second largest island in the Mediterranean is the inspiration for a coastal influenced afternoon of cuisine, and following four hours of hands-on tutelage, participants will sit down to enjoy the three-course meal they have created.
On the menu; traditional artichoke salad, fregola matecata with truffle and shrimp, plus roasted seabass served with olives and marjoram.
Other food promotions this season comprise a new a la carte breakfast at Armani/Deli served daily from 10am until noon and brunch at either Armani/Deli or the Japanese-themed Armani/Hashi, starting from Dh310 per person.
