The UAE’s first food truck brunch, organized by Alexandre Teodoresco (who also organises the Street Nights festival), will be held this weekend at Emirates Golf Club in Dubai. The brunch will feature 10 food trucks from the region, including Melt, GOBai, Toasted and Calle Tacos.

Brunchers will get an unlimited offering of food from the array of food trucks for one set price (Dh285), which includes unlimited select beverages.

This weekend’s inaugural brunch is already fully booked (with nearly 1,000 people on the waiting list). But be patient — you can secure a seat at a future brunch. The food truck brunch will be a regular feature, happening on alternating Saturdays each month (but limited to two Saturdays per month). Organisers will continue the brunch until it’s too hot outside to handle.

Following the brunch, Teodoresco introduces another new concept called the Food Truck Jam. From 5pm to 11pm, 2,000 street food lovers will hang out, eat, watch the sun go down and listen to live music. Entry to the Food Truck Jam is free and visitors can buy their food and drink separately during the event.

The food truck brunch is on alternating Saturdays, starting February 13, from noon to 4pm (but limited to only two Saturdays in each month). Dh285 with select beverages; Dh175 for kids. To book, email your name and number of people attending to reservation@truckersdxb.com
