The restaurant is celebrating the Songkran Festival every night with live music and traditional Thai music and dance, plus chef de cuisine Peter Peerapong’s menu that includes traditional favourites as well as delicacies such as butterfly pea dumplings and stuffed baby aubergines with Wagyu beef.
Guests dining at Sontaya – located amid tranquil, lantern-filled waterways and with views over the sea – can win a stay at the Thai-themed Spa Suite at the resort, including a Thai massage and candlelit dinner for two on the beach.
