To celebrate the pricey edible fungi, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and Bar at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, is serving a truffle menu until October 27. The classic beef Wellington and marrowbone sauce now comes with a truffle mash, while the Wagyu burger has truffled caramelised onions. Dishes start from Dh35, and also include truffle burrata, agnolotti truffle carbonara and seared beef carpaccio with truffle dressing.
