Truffle season is upon us again, with many UAE restaurants importing the freshest and tastiest black and white truffles from Italy and other parts of Europe. To celebrate the pricey edible fungi, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and Bar at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, is serving a truffle menu until October 27. The classic beef Wellington and marrowbone sauce now comes with a truffle mash, while the Wagyu burger has truffled caramelised onions. Dishes start from Dh35, and also include truffle burrata, agnolotti truffle carbonara and seared beef carpaccio with truffle dressing.
