Pasta lovers, rejoice, there's a new restaurant opening in Dubai that promises to bring "real Italian-style dining" to the Emirates.
Located in the DIFC district, Ravioli & Co is set to bring its signature tortellini, tagliatelle, gnocchi and ravioli to foodies in the UAE.
The concept was launched by two long-time friends from Jordan and Italy, who share a love for home cooking and will centre their menu around daily fresh pasta. There will also be low-calorie and gluten-free options. The menu will feature both shared and individual dishes for lunch and dinner, while an in-house bakery will offer tasting sessions of focaccia and grissini.
There are also plans for a takeaway menu, along with a weekly aperitivo and possible cooking classes for those interested in learning more about Italian cuisine. While there isn't a set opening date yet, the restaurant is expected to launch sometime in mid-August in Burj Daman.
