A highly anticipated Italian eatery has officially opened its doors in Burj Daman, DIFC, Dubai, bringing an authentic, rustic experience to the city.

Called Ravioli & Co, the restaurant was conceptualised and founded by a group of close friends, to offer what they say is wholesome Italian food in a warm and friendly environment.

Helping establish the ‘home experience’ vibe, Ravioli & Co has been furnished with aged wooden tables, old flooring, open ceilings and metal wire lighting, while the menu is centred around authentic Italian dishes that are inspired by traditional regional cooking.

Eros Brambilla, head chef at Ravioli & Co, comes from northern Italy. His selection of dishes, he says, goes far beyond pasta (which is made daily in-house) and are served in generous portions “fit to share around the table.”

He also says the owners want customers to “feel comfortable, as though they are at home. Comfort food is not only about the dish itself, it’s the way you share it with your family and friends and create memories that last a lifetime. Italian food is not all about pasta and pizza; you can travel for an entire year from North to South and taste a different dish every day, which is what our menu aims to do; highlight every aspect of Italy.”

Ravioli & Co is open daily from midday to midnight and the restaurant can seat up to 40 guests indoors with additional seating to the outdoor terrace area. For more, visit www.ravioliandco.ae
