Superstar chefs Nobu Matsuhisa and Giorgio Locatelli have joined together for one night in Dubai to offer a tasting menu at Nobu Dubai to celebrate The Palms’ Culinary Month.

A Japanese Italian six-course fusion will be delivered to guests on November 16 with a special focus on truffles. Each chef will contribute three tasting dishes with Matsuhisa, best known for his Japanese/Peruvian style, plating truffle sushi and cutrolls, Chilean sea bass and a tofu tiramisu to end the meal. Locatelli will add his Italian flare with a beef tartare, ravioli and pan-fried veal dishes.

The four hands dinner coincides with the culinary month from November 10 to December 7, featuring sme of the world’s most recognised chefs. This Thursday and Friday will feature reality TV star and chef, Gordon Ramsay, at the Bread Street Kitchen with another “four hand on dinner” featuring chefs Gregoire Berger and Stephane Buron. Other notable culinary masters include Dario Cecchini and Raymond Wong at Seafire Steakhouse and Bar.

Residents and visitors can also take part from November 16 to November 30 to try Dh350 set menus at the restaurants with Seafire, Ossiano and Nobu and Dh150 for Ayamna, Bread Street Kitchen, Ronda Locatelli, Nasimi Beach and YUAN.
