It is the asparagus season in France and Le Beaujolais Bistro at Mercure Hotel in Abu Dhabi will create a menu around the spring vegetable this month.
The bistro will be offering a special menu with first course, sautéed and lightly fried dishes from June 20 to 27. The bistro will also be recreating traditional asparagus dishes, accompanied by a risotto.
