Begin the new year with a visit to a new restaurant. Greek eatery Opa will open its doors at the Fairmont on Sheikh Zayed Road on January 1. Billed as an upscale-casual spot, Opa promises "a multi-sensory traditional experience", from the Zorba dance and Greek-inspired music to smashing dishes and a menu of tender grilled meats, zesty salads, fresh fish dishes and pastries inspired by the Grecian islands.
