Eat fresh foods such as fruit, vegetables, leafy greens, nuts, seeds, lentils, beans and whole grains such as oats, wild rice, quinoa and buckwheat. Avoid all sodas, caffeinated beverages, processed foods, sweets, chocolate, salty foods and fried foods.
