Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen has officially opened its doors in Dubai. The restaurant, which is based on the celebrity chef's infamous reality show, is part of the new Caesar's Palace at Bluewaters Dubai.
It is the second branch of Hell's Kitchen, following the flagship restaurant at Caesar's Palace Las Vegas.
The restaurant will be serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and diners can expect the same level of “show-stopping theatre and world-class cooking” Ramsay is famous for – with a few less expletives.
Although the Dubai menu is not yet available for diners to view in advance, signature dishes at the original Hell's Kitchen include eggs in purgatory, Hell's Kitchen burger, pan-seared scallops, sticky toffee pudding and the chef's famed beef Wellington.
Bars and restaurants within the hotel complex began welcoming their first guests on November 15, with the full opening of the resort due in early December.
This will be the second restaurant in Dubai for Ramsay, who also has Bread Street Kitchen at Atlantis the Palm.
