BOA Steakhouse at the Eastern Mangroves Promenade launched this brunch in October, serving up signature dishes such as Australian black Angus New York strip steak; chicken with Thai sweet chilli sauce; asparagus risotto; and giant, grilled prawns. The à la carte menu is served at your table along with a range of appetisers such as charred tuna tartar and goat cheese baklava with pistachios and truffle.

Zheng He’s in Jumeirah Mina A’Salam launches its new Beijing duck brunch this weekend. Try the starters – steamed duck bao and duck liver siew ma – and mains such as Beijing duck pancakes; crispy fried duck fillet; smoked duck breast and more. Desserts continue the theme: duck egg crème brûlée or Chinese layer cakes with duck egg custard, anyone?

Gordon Ramsay’s newly opened Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at Atlantis The Palm will debut its signature brunch on Friday. Feast on appetisers, cheese and desserts from the buffet.
