Kaiseki in Abu Dhabi
From today until Saturday, the Park Rotana Abu Dhabi is hosting Shinichiro Takagi, a chef who specialises in kaiseki (Japanese ceremonial cuisine) at the hotel’s signature restaurant Teatro. For more information about the menu, call 02 657 3333.
Teavana at Mirdif
The American tea brand Teavana has opened its second shop in the UAE, at Mirdif City Centre. Specially trained “teaologists” will be in the store to guide customers on the range of loose-leaf teas available and take them on a tour of the tea bar/emporium.
Zuma’s new dishes
