The (very) limited-edition burger is a custom-blend Angus beef patty smothered with Shack cheddar and American cheese sauce and topped with double smoked veal bacon. • Toro Toro at the Grosvenor House Dubai has just launched a new menu that pays homage to Latin American hospitality and family-style dining. The new menu, designed by chef Richard Sandoval, includes bites such as the salmon tiradito (Peruvian raw fish dish), sea bass tartare, beetroot ceviche, beef fillet anticucho skewers and corn mushroom empanadas.
