Clé Dubai will open its doors to the public on October 13. Located in the Al Fattan Currency House (on the podium level), DIFC, the restaurant will give diners a taste of award-winning chef Greg Malouf’s culinary prowess.

Malouf grew up in Australia, born to parents of Lebanese descent. He’ll be in the kitchen every night at Clé cooking up the modern Middle Eastern food he’s known for — with a focus on Lebanese food.

By age 15, Malouf knew he wanted to pursue cooking as a career. He says, “There’s no such thing as documented recipes in Lebanese food. It’s all about using your senses.” Today, at age 55, he’s had a lifetime of cooking to hone those skills, but he’s not done evolving just yet. He says, “There’s plenty more to discover with Middle Eastern food.”

Clé Dubai opens Monday, October 13 and will be open daily from 12pm to 2am. For more information, visit www.facebook.com/CleDubai.
