Celebrate Peruvian National Day with Lima Dubai
Peruvian restaurant LIMA Dubai will mark Peruvian National Day on July 28 with a specially designed four-course menu. Highlights of the menu, curated by head Chef Diego Sanchez, will include Peruvian boa buns with Nikkei Duck, short ribs, traditional salmon ceviche served with asparagus, Maca beetroot cream and ají amarillo tiger’s milk, and prawn anticucho marinated with a traditional Peruvian aji panca.
Chef Sanchez worked under Virgilio Martinez, The Michelin-starred chef of LIMA London and Central Peru, which is currently ranked #5 in the World’s 50 Best Restaurant List.
The festivities will continue upstairs at the LIMA Dubai lounge, where guests can celebrate into the small hours with an in-house DJ, saxophonist and traditional Peruvian dancers.
