Not only does this place display counts on all its dishes, the team also promises that everything comes it at under 500 calories. Don't think you sacrifice on quality, though, as the food here is packed full of flavour and you won't go hungry. Think steak and eggs for breakfast, grilled salmon burger for lunch and Texan chilli for dinner. The idea was born in the UAE and now there are a number of branches across the country, including four in Dubai and a delivery-only option in the capital.

Br8 Kitchen offers its delivery services in both Dubai and London and every dish comes with a calorie count, plus how many carbs, protein and fats it contains. There are breakfast dishes such as chia pudding and avocado toast, a whole range of tasty salads and a vegan banana bread for dessert. The place caters well to those on specialist and weight-loss diets.

Nutri Bowl counts all your calories and macros for you, so you don't have to. All the meals are fresh and healthy, using locally sourced ingredients when possible. You might have already spotted this joint in Concourse B at Terminal 3 in Dubai International Airport, but it also offers delivery from their Al Quoz home. The idea behind the concept was the create nutritious grab-and-go food for those on the move and it's not just about the cold-pressed juices, either.
