The Prince's Trust Awards 2020: 20 celebrities on the red carpet
Actors James Norton and Pierce Brosnan joined Prince Charles at the annual ceremony
Events around the world may be facing postponements due to the continued spread of Covid-19, but this year's Prince's Trust Awards still went ahead.
The annual ceremony, held at the London Palladium on Wednesday night, saw stars of the big and small screens congregate in the British capital to celebrate the night's winners.
The awards honour the work of people supported by the trust, which was founded in 1976 by Charles, Prince of Wales to help vulnerable young people who are unemployed or struggling at school.
The British royal attended the ceremony, where he was joined by the likes of James Bond star Pierce Brosnan, Little Women actor James Norton and Marcella actress Anna Friel.

During an on-stage appearance, Prince Charles thanked guests for attending during uncertain times.
“Due to circumstances beyond our control we are not joined by as many of those who make such an immense difference to my trust internationally, as we originally planned," the royal said. “However, I just wanted to thank them for all their continued support and dedication to my trust.”
The prince was also pictured greeting guests with the namaste gesture, rather than shaking hands, as per new royal protocal given the spread of coronavirus.
