The fashion elite have descended upon Meydan Race Course in Dubai
Fashionistas from around the world have come out for this year's Dubai World Cup.
Charlotte Hudders, an artist based in Dubai, was announced as the winner of this year's most creative hat. Her hat was handmade by herself and inspired by the artist Mattise.
