While Ramadan is a time to fast, pray and spiritually cleanse yourself, the Holy Month brings with it many occasions to dress up. Women bring their top style game to iftars and suhoors throughout Ramadan, often dressing in floor-length kaftans, complete with delicate drapes and beaded embellishments. In the UAE, residents have a variety of boutiques and designers from where they can source Ramadan kaftans. The latest Ramadan collections at local concept boutique S*uce, for instance, showcases bold floral embroidery and appliqué work combined with lace, crochet, pinstripes and more.

This Ramadan, S*uce is switching it up. The store will be taking its curated Ramadan range to Jeddah, and in turn, Dubai residents will have access to pieces from Jeddah’s popular Homegrown Market, at S*uce locations in Dubai.

Homegrown Market, which was founded in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 2014, is a creative platform that supports regional Middle Eastern fashion and accessories designers, along with a selection of homeware brands. It’s known to stock homegrown labels such as Orange Blossom, Bohotique and The Abaya Factory, making many start-up social-media brands available on a larger scale.

Starting today, May 25, Homegrown Market’s Ramadan collections will be available at S*uce stores in Dubai, and S*uce Ramadan collections will sell at Homegrown Market in Jeddah.
