Colombian-Lebanese popstar Shakira has announced she will be releasing new music, teasing the artwork for latest single Me Gusta on Instagram.

Sharing the image with her 60 million followers, she revealed that the song – a collaboration with Puerto Rican rapper and singer Anuel AA – is set for release on Monday.

And for the cover art, Shakira chose to go back to her Arab roots, wearing a look by Kuwaiti designer Yousef Al-Jasmi. The Waka Waka singer chose a baby pink feather stole from the Kuwaiti couture brand, teamed with a matching mini dress by Italian label Fausto Puglisi.

Yousef Al-Jasmi is a favourite among celebrities. The designer has dressed the likes of Taylor Swift, Kylie Jenner, Beyonce and Paris Hilton in the past.

The new single from Shakira comes as the star prepares to take on the Super Bowl Halftime Show alongside fellow Latino singer Jennifer Lopez. The show will take place on Sunday, February 2.
