Four UAE-based designers are aiming to redefine workwear with a new pop-up at The Dubai Mall.

Running until December 9, fashion brands House of Savoi, Three Fifty Nine, Savanna Creations and Maison Nabooda will showcase a bespoke collection of luxury officewear at the Studio 8 store.

The pop-up, called The Showroom, is inspired by the modern-day working woman and aims to “snip away at the confines of the corporate uniform”.

The collections see the designers put their spin on classic boardroom staples, as well as redefining everyday pieces and work-appropriate evening wear.

Paying homage to role models and trendsetters through the ages, House of Savoi’s line sets a new standard of what power dressing means for women. The South African-Syrian duo of Ruché Van Heerden and Mariana Fayad break down and rebuild the traditional office suit.

Workwear meets flights of fancy in Three Fifty Nine’s line, which tells the story of old-world Cairo with charm and whimsy. Founder and winner of the DDFC x Fad Dubai fashion showcase Marwa Sayed uses the city’s ubiquitous pigeons as a recurring motif.

Eliane Sarr of Savannah Creations borrows traditions and techniques from around the globe to create one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect culture and comfort. The statement pieces at The Showroom feature the bold Ikat prints and Pagne fabrics from Senegal.

And with Emirati designer Shaima Al Naboodah's avant-garde take on lines and silhouettes, Maison Nabooda’s collection dresses up skirts and gowns with volume and angles, offering an evening-wear edit resplendent with drama.

The Showroom has been curated by Share This Space, an online booking platform that allows creatives, SMEs, entrepreneurs and brands to share space in some of the region’s most sought-after developments, districts and venues

You can see and shop the collections at Studio 8, Level 1, The Dubai Mall until December 9
