Online fashion retailer, Namshi, has once again partnered with UAE charity Emirates Red Crescent during Ramadan to donate much-needed clothing to refugees and displaced families from war-stricken countries.

Customers are given the opportunity to add clothing bundles to their 'baskets' during the checkout process on www.namshi.com, with prices starting at Dh35 each, and to keep things as simple as possible, the company will then donate the bundles (made up from various items available on the site) to Emirates Red Crescent.

Hosam Arab, co-founder of Namshi and its managing director, said that the company’s goal is to donate 32,500 items of clothing to positively impact thousands of lives. “We are humbled at the opportunity to partner with Emirates Red Crescent again this year,” Arab added. “We are confident that our campaign will encourage communities across the region and internationally to participate and embrace the spirit of Ramadan by joining hands for our vision.”
