There's been a dearth of glitzy red carpet events in 2020, but some of music and fashion's brightest names once again donned their evening finery this weekend.

Stars congregated on the Italian island of Capri for a charitable gala on Saturday, August 29, held by luxury retailer Luisaviaroma and children's organisation Unicef.

An auction on the night raised funds to support communities and medical staff fighting the Covid-19 pandemic, while Andrea Bocelli, Clean Bandit and Rita Ora performed for the A-list attendees.

Walking the red carpet on the night was Game of Thrones star Nathalie Emmanuel, who wore a glimmering face mask, as well as models Natasha Poly, Cindy Bruna and Hana Cross.

Among the designers helping attendees put their best foot forward were labels from the region, with Lebanon's Rami Kadi dressing model Cheyenne Maya Carty and Cross wearing a Zuhair Murad gown.

Poly wore a dramatic black creation by Ashi Studio, helmed by Saudi Arabian designer Mohammed Ashi, while a number of celebrities sported LBDs by Monot, which was founded by Lebanese designer Eli Mizrahi.
