Now in its third year, the El Gouna film festival celebrates the best of global cinema, with a focus on Arab stars and films.
This weekend saw a lot of red carpet action at the event, with most of the celebrities choosing regional Arab designers, showcasing looks by Antoine Kareh, Maram Borhan and Youssef Kamoun, among others.

This year, El Gouna Film Festival runs from Thursday, September 19 to Friday, September 27 in Egypt's Red Sea resort town of the same name. The programme for the 2019 event features a range of regional and international works, including Parasite, the winner of the Palme d'Or at the 72nd Cannes Film Festival.
