Sonam Kapoor is not just one of the most fashionable stars in Bollywood, she's truly one of the best dressed people on the planet.
She's only 34, but has been a stalwart of the global red carpet for more than 10 years now, often appearing front row at fashion weeks, and regularly turning up to the Riviera for Cannes Film Festival.

For me, every outfit is an adventure and a way of expressing myself
The 22 outfits in the gallery above, showing nearly a decade of the young star's style, show just how much fun she has with fashion. “I don’t take it seriously. As soon as you start taking yourself and all of this seriously, the charm goes away,"
the star told us last year.
"So for me, it’s just for fun, and every outfit is an adventure and a way of expressing myself,” she says. Working with a stylist helps, and in Kapoor’s case, that’s her sister, Rhea.
She's a particular fan of Lebanese designer Elie Saab, and American creatives Ralph & Russo, but you will also be very likely to be able to steal her look here in the UAE: last year, Kapoor told us that Dubai is one of her favourite shopping destinations.
"It used to be Paris," she said, "but now it’s a tie between London and Dubai. I like Boutique 1 a lot, it’s got very nice things, and I like The Dubai Mall because it has everything."
