Where to watch the UAE National Day Fireworks

We give you a round up of where to watch the displays

As the country prepares to celebrate its 46 National Day the skies of the UAE are set to light up in celebration. We give you a round up of where to watch the displays.

Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Corniche

Head down to the capital's corniche for what promises to be a spectacular show.

Where: Abu Dhabi Corniche

When: The fireworks show begins at 8pm

Yas Island

The venue will be equipped with food trucks, karting, music and a family village area. Entry is free and the firework display kicks off at 9pm.

Where: Yas Marina Circuit’s North Grandstand and Oasis area

When: Gates open at 2pm on Saturday December 2, the family village area opens at 4pm and the fireworks display begins at 9pm.

Al Maryah Island

Al Maryah Island’s waterfront promenade will turn back the clock to recreate the look of the UAE in the union's early days.

Where: Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi

When: The fireworks display will take place at 9pm on Saturday, December 2

Dubai

Dubai Festival City

Dubai's Festival City will be putting on a family celebration for National Day. There will be a Flypast and free live entertainment culminating in a fireworks display.

La Mer

Dubai’s recently opened beachfront spot in Jumeirah 1 will host a fireworks display. This is a family spot with play areas and shops.

The Beach at JBR

The Beach at JBR will be celebrating National Day from November 30 to December 3, with their fireworks display on Saturday, December 2. Pick up your free hat, scarf and pin when you get there.

Burj Khalifa

Burj Khalifa's fireworks display will take place on December 2. The time of the show has not yet been announced.

Global Village

Global Village will have two displays for National Day, on December 1 and 2.

Sharjah

Al Qasba

Sharjah residents can enjoy fireworks on December 2 at Al Qasba, after spending a family day filled with activities. The venue offers many entertainment, leisure and culture events suitable for all ages.

Ajman

Ajman is celebrating 46th National Day over six days, from 29 November to 4 December with a range of family-friendly activities. There will be performances by traditional bands and Ajman Stud will be showcasing horses. There will be a special corner dedicated to the martyrs. The fireworks display will take place on November 29 at 9pm.
