The UAE's evenings are a little more illuminated once more, as Dubai Garden Glow has reopened for its fifth season.

The annual light show, which will be open until June 2020, welcomed visitors back to Zabeel Park this week, with a glimmering array of installations, sculptures and optical illusions.

The theme of this year's edition is Back to Nature, with many botanical and wildlife-inspired displays on show.

Dubai Garden Glow also has a focus on sustainability, using energy-saving bulbs to illuminate its works, with pieces also carefully crafted using recycled materials.

The famed Dinosaur Park is back, with plenty of animatronic prehistoric replicas, as is the Ice Park, which features chilling sculptures carved from more than 5,000 tonnes of frozen water.

This year there's also a Magic Park, which comprises some mind-blowing optical illusions that will likely be popping up on your Instagram feeds for the next few months.

The attraction can be found at Gate 6 of Zaabeel Park, and is open from 4pm to 11pm between Saturdays and Thursdays, and from 4pm to midnight on Fridays. Tickets cost Dh65 per person, and children up to the age of 3 can enter for free.
