From hanging out with Salt Bae to appreciating the skyline: here is what the rap superstar got up to on his first visit to Dubai
Diddy clearly loves Dubai: The city through his eyes
From spending time with Naomi Campbell and Salt Bae, to admiring the city's iconic skyline - it seems Diddy had a good first visit to Dubai.
The rap star posted a video before his visit to say how excited he was for the trip: "Diddy is going to Dubai for the first time, I know that sounds crazy, that I haven't been to Dubai in all of these years, but I am finally going and I can't wait to get there."
Yes, he is speaking about himself in the third person.
Diddy met up with Turkish chef Nusret Gökçe aka #SaltBae while in the UAE. The two regularly hang out, with Gökçe often posting pictures of the two together all around the world on his Instagram. This time he posted a video of Diddy hugging him as a greeting:
The pair also hung out with supermodel Naomi Campbell while here:
Diddy was in town to perform at the opening night (Thursday, April 5) of new nightclub Gotha, a Cannes import which is now at the Radisson Blu Dubai Waterfront in Business Bay. In Cannes, Gotha is a pop-up club that appears during the festival and summer period, but in Dubai it will be a permanent set up.
He posted this photo of the performance:
Diddy brought along his sons for the trip, Christian (King Combs) and Justin (Prince JDC). The boys opted for the obligatory celebrity Dubai stop - visiting social media influencer Rashed Belhasa at home. They had a tour of Belhasa's private farm where they fed a baby white tiger and petted a baby bear.
Diddy posted this shot from a hotel in downtown, appreciating the infrastructure of the city:
King Combs also posted a shot from a hotel balcony, with the caption "lonely at the top"
It looks like the Combs family had a successful visit, and we're guessing it won't be long before we see them again.
