November has been a busy month for A-list names in the UAE. With concerts featuring Dua Lipa and A R Rahman, conferences with star guest speakers and celebrities, like Wayne and Coleen Rooney and DJ Cuppy, who just want a bit of winter sun in Dubai, the star-spotting has been non-stop.

And it's only going to get better. Lewis Hamilton may already be out and about in the Emirates, but Abu Dhabi F1 weekend is a prime time to be a celeb-watcher. So keep your eyes peeled for famous guests this weekend ... or check in on Sunday when we'll have done the hard work for you.

Lewis Hamilton

Ahead of the Abu Dhabi F1 this weekend, Lewis Hamilton is in the UAE and making the most of it. He shared a video from an early morning drive into Dubai today, and has been at the Skydive Dubai Desert Dropzone for a skydive. He's also been spied dining at Scalini, in the Four Seasons Hotel on Jumeirah Road.

Wayne and Coleen Rooney 

The England footballer and his wife have checked into the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, for a little winter sun. As well as the Jumeirah hotel, they were also spotted at Cove Beach.

Nancy Ajram 

The Lebanese singer was at Dubai's One&Only Royal Mirage to perform at its 20th anniversary celebrations on Wednesday, November 13. Ajram performed to the glam crowd at Drift Beach Club.

Adrian Grenier

American actor Adrian Grenier was in town to promote his environmental Stop Sucking campaign, and checked into Dubai's Five Palm Jumeirah for his stay. He was spotted having dinner at Maiden Shanghai, and said of his trip on Instagram: "It has been a bit overly enjoyable here in Dubai – if that’s a thing." He also enjoyed frolicking in the desert.

Kano

The British rapper and Top Boy star was in Dubai for the first-ever On.DXB music, media and entertainment event at Dubai Studio City. He took part in talks and performed for a packed-out crowed.

Spike Lee

Also speaking at On.DXB was director Spike Lee. He talked about representation in film during his chat with Omar Butti.

Liza Koshy

The third On.DXB headliner was YouTuber Liza Koshy, who took the crowd by storm during her set.

Ronaldinho

Another top footballer spotted in the UAE was Ronaldinho, who dined at Japanese eatery Ramusake in Dubai on Thursday, November 21.

One Republic

The band was in Dubai to perform at the Dubai Airshow Gala dinner. Front man Ryan Tedder made the most of his time in the emirate and went to Ravi Restaurant in Satwa, go-karting and even posed with police cars in JBR.

Passenger

Musician Passenger, born Michael Rosenberg, performed at Dubai Opera on Wednesday, November 20. Ahead of his gig, he ventured into the Dubai desert with his guitar to take some obligatory arty silhouette photos.

DJ Cuppy

Nigerian DJ Cuppy, who was recently named the Most Followed African DJ in the World (across both Instagram and Twitter), has been living it up in Dubai. She's been sunning herself on the beach, playing at Drai's Dubai and hitting the shops at The Dubai Mall. She's also spent the day the Dubai celebrity way, meeting animals at Saif Ahmad Belhasa's private zoo.

Dua Lipa

British singer Dua Lipa performed to a packed-out and enthusiastic crowed at The Pointe, on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah, on Friday, November 15, posting the below photo from a mystery garden when she was here:

A R Rahman

Also performing in Dubai on Friday, November 15 was A R Rahman, who took to the Coca-Cola Arena stage. The Indian singer and music producer's show "lacked the flair" of his past Dubai appearances, according to our reviewer. Although, British singer and songwriter Sami Yusuf did appear on stage with him.

Rory McIlroy

Plenty of golfers were in Dubai for the DP World Tour Championship, which took place at Jumeirah Golf Estates from Thursday to Sunday, November 21 to 24. One of the bigger names is Rory McIlroy, who also made time to meet some of the country's wildlife between rounds.

Steven Segal

The action star was spotted at Roberto's Dubai and also at the Bluthner Hall at Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai. The hotel posted the below photo in its grand room:

Akon

Musician Akon spoke at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival on Monday, November 25. During his keynote speech, he said Muslim faith is key to his success and spoke about his charity efforts.

Love Island's Laura Anderson is a former Dubai resident, and she has been back in town enjoying the golf, partying at Mr Miyagi's and relaxing in the pool at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, according to her Instagram.

Zara Holland

Another Love Islander in town is Zara Holland, who has made the most of winter beach days in Dubai during her stay.

Sorangel Matos

Panamanianbeauty queen Sorangel Matos has been in Dubai, hanging out with Salt Bae, staying at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre and posing up a storm in Dubai Marina.

Calum Best

Reality star Calum Best touched down in Dubai on Wednesday, November 27, following a very comfortable-looking flight with Emirates. He's joined on his trip by Wayne Lineker.
