It has been a star-studded week in the UAE. From Victoria Beckham jetting in to speak at a Dubai fashion event, to Mo Salah at the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Rita Ora on stage at the Palm Jumeirah.

Here we round-up what the A-list have been up to in the Emirates this week...

Jacqueline Fernandez 

Sri Lankan actress Jacqueline Fernandez was in town for the Splash fashion show on Friday, October 11. Fernandez has recently been announced as a Splash brand ambassador.

While she was in Dubai, she also made time to hang out with Victoria Beckham and Huda Kattan, describing the pair as her "idols".

Victoria Beckham 

The former Spice Girl attended the Central Galleria Bazaar Capsule at Mall of the Emirates on Thursday, October 10.

"I cringe more at some of the makeup looks. We've done skinny eyebrows, we've done thick eyebrows, we've done way too much blusher – but it is a journey in beauty and fashion and it has made me who I am."

She was in town with hair stylist and friend, Ken Paves, and made sure to hangout with pal Huda Kattan while she was in town, as well as Jacqueline Fernandez.

BTS

K-pop megastars BTS were in Saudi Arabia for their first ever concert in the kingdom on Friday, October 11. However, en route to Riyadh it seems they stopped off in Dubai, as they can been seen surrounded by Emirates staff in arrivals at the Saudi airport.

Hrithik Roshan

Bollywood mega star Hrithik Roshan was in Dubai for a flying visit on Thursday, October 10. The War star stopped by the UAE with Rado watches, at the Rivoli R Lounge, The H Hotel. Roshan is one of the brand's celebrity ambassadors.

Mo Salah 

Egyptian football star Mohamed Salah was named Man of the Year at the GQ Middle East awards. The glam awards were held at the Louvre Abu Dhabi on Monday, October 7.

"It was an honour being named GQ Middle East Man of The Year," he wrote on Instagram.

Tan France

Also at the GQ Awards was Tan France, who was named International Man of Style. In typical fierce style, the Queer Eye star wore a hand-embroidered jacket, quipping on Instagram, "This ... face says, 'yeah, the restroom is the only place I could find good light to capture the beauty of the hand embroidery on this [Tarun Tahiliani] jacket!'"

Even Tan France isn't above a bathroom selfie at the Louvre.

Rita Ora 

Music lovers will have delighted in Rita Ora's show-stopping performance at Wake Up Call Dubai. Set in the lavish grounds of the new W Dubai – The Palm, Ora belted out all of her biggest hits in her headline slot.

"Dubai you were fantastic. Thanks to everyone who came out! Even in the 30 degree heat," the singer wrote on Instagram.

Rufus Du Sol and Disclosure also played at the two day festival.

Nadine Labaki 

Oscar-nominated filmmaker Nadine Labaki is set to be in town on Sunday, October 13. She is going to be recognised at the Beirut Institute Abu Dhabi Edition event.

Zinedine Zidane and Clarence Seedorf

Football stars are also coming into town on Monday, October 14 and Tuesday, October 15. Real Madrid's manager Zinedine Zidane will be at the first Dubai Artificial Intelligence in Sports (DAIS) Conference and Exhibition with former Dutch footballer Clarence Seedorf. The conference is being organised ahead of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai.
