Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi

The Dh1 billion (US$272.2 million) Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi has 306 rooms, including 39 suites and four private villas. The property, which opened yesterday, is the first hotel to begin operating on Saadiyat Island. It is on Saadiyat Beach and has four restaurants. The hotel is owned by Abu Dhabi National Hotels, whose properties include the Hilton and Sheraton in the capital. It has 430 employees. Park Hyatt's room rates start at Dh1,200.
