Kleindienst, the developer of The Floating Seahorse villas off the coast of Dubai, has launched a new version of the homes - this time inspired by Emirati culture.
The Signature Edition has been developed especially for families with guests, groups and children of all ages, Kleindienst said.
It offers four flexi-living / sleeping areas, accommodating up to eight adults and eight children.
Each unit can also be customised to ensure privacy by enclosing the outdoor areas on the sea level and upper level. When not enclosed, these outdoor areas can be used for alfresco entertaining all-year-round thanks to climate control technology.

The Signature Edition floating villas span 4,004 sq ft. The submerged level features an underwater ladies room and master bedroom, A coral entertainment room and a coral guest bedroom.
Designed, engineered and built in the UAE, 40 Signature Edition Floating Seahorses are under production and are currently priced at Dh12 million. Kleindienst said the estimated completion for the first phase is October.
The Floating Seahorse development is part of a wider project called The Heart of Europe on The World Islands, 4km off the Dubai coast.
