UAE fuel prices for November: petrol falls but diesel costs rise
Diesel has risen again by almost 4%
Petrol prices in the UAE will marginally increase in November, the Emirates National Oil Company announced on Monday.
Here's the breakdown:
• Super 98: Dh2.57 a litre (down from Dh2.61 in October)
• Special 95: Dh2.46 (down from Dh2.50)
• Diesel: Dh2.87 (up from Dh2.76)
So the top-grade Super 98 saw a fall of 1.53% month-on-month. Special 95 fell by 1.6% compared to October.
Logistical costs could rise in November with an almost 4% rise in filling up with diesel. Diesel prices also risen by 4.5% in October.
Since the middle of the year, the price at the petrol pumps has been fluctuating. Fuel prices were liberalised about two years ago, so they now move with the market.
