Depa, the interiors company that fitted the world's tallest tower interiors has secured four new contracts amounting to Dh100million in UAE and Yemen.

The largest of the four contracts is a 12 months contract worth Dh60million for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, which is scheduled to open in late 2012. According to Depa, the company will do drywall partitioning and specialist ceiling works within three of the clinic buildings.

The Dubai-based company has also signed two other contracts recently in the UAE, including the refurbishment deal of several areas of Abu Dhabi Airport's terminal 1.

"Abu Dhabi continues to be an extremely significant market for us as the City continues to progress," said Mohannad Sweid, Chief Executive Officer for Depa Limited. With operations in more than 17 countries around the world, Depa will be entering the Yemen market with a contract to refurbish a hotel in Sana'a.

"We are very pleased to have been awarded our first contract in Yemen and look forward to building upon this entry point," said Mr. Sweid.

Depa was awarded another contract to refurbish the Aden Hotel in Sana'a to upgrade all the public areas in time for the 20th Gulf Cup football championship starting on 22nd November 2010.
