Arabtec subsidiary awarded Dh113 million Dubai Creek Harbour contract

Arabtec Holding has announced a contract between its subsidiary Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Co (Efeco) and Al Naboodah Co LLC for a Dh113mn contract for a Dh113 million Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (Mep) project, forming part of the Dubai Creek Harbour Development.

Efeco will undertake Mep work for two 37- storey residential towers, commencing work this month, with the project forecast to last approximately 22 months.

Dubai Creek Harbour, a joint venture of Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, is a 6 sq km mixed-use development with waterfront resorts, a yacht club and a marina as well as retail and commercial space.
