Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (Adnic) yesterday announced the signing of a partnership that will give more than 50,000 of its customers access to health services at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

The agreement provides Adnic’s platinum health insurance customers with access to more than 30 specialities across the hospital’s 12 institutes, including its centres of excellence in heart and vascular, neurological, eye, digestive disease and respiratory and critical care.

“We are confident that our customers will be provided with exceptional medical treatment at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi,” said Ahmad Idris, Adnic’s chief executive.

A part of Mubadala’s network of healthcare facilities, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, located on Al Maryah island, is an extension of the US-based Cleveland Clinic.

Tomislav Mihaljevic, chief executive of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi , said the deal with Adnic would help it “better meet the needs of the Abu Dhabi population”.
