Ne-Yo will perform in Abu Dhabi as part of the F1 celebrations.

The RnB star will take the stage at Mad Yas Island on Saturday as part of the Abu Dhabi super-club’s racing weekend performance series. Ne-Yo will then follow it up with another club show on Tuesday at White Dubai.

The Closer and Let Me Love You singer will join Australian rapper Iggy Azalea who will headline Friday night at Mad Yas Island.

With Friday and Sunday's shows yet to be revealed, we can expect more names announced during the week.

A regular to the UAE, Ne-Yo (real name Shaffer Smith) returns to the capital as he readies the release of his upcoming seventh album Good Man.

The album has already spawned the lead single, Another Love Song, with Ne-Yo stating it will be his most varied record yet.

“All the music on this album isn’t gonna be happy because I didn’t write just completely about myself,” he said in a recent interview with US radio show The Breakfast Club.

“I felt like, if I just write it about me, how can it be relatable to anybody else? I’m definitely happy and in a great place, but I know that everybody isn’t.”
